No. Most of our clients start with limitations, old injuries, or concerns about balance and pain. Our programs are designed specifically for adults 50 and older who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. We meet you exactly where you are and progress safely from there.
You don't need a referral to work with us. However, if you're currently under a doctor's care or have a condition that requires medical clearance, we can coordinate with your physician or specialist to ensure your plan supports your treatment.
Yes. You'll have a dedicated coach who manages your plan and tracks your progress. Our team works collaboratively, so your trainer can consult with our physical therapist, chiropractor, or massage therapist whenever needed.
Most personal training sessions are 45–60 minutes. Massage therapy, and recovery treatments vary from 30 to 90 minutes depending on the service.
That depends on your goals. Many clients train two to three times a week and schedule recovery or wellness sessions as needed. Your coach will help you build a plan that fits your schedule and lifestyle.
