Chris Tolisano

Owner, Jedi Master Trainer
Christopher Tolisano is the Founder of the BEST Method Philosophy and Best Day Fitness. He has his Degree in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Athletic Training from the University of Florida. As a lover of life and all things movement, his passion is helping all fellow humans to learn how to use movement to tap into their body’s natural healing ability. He loves the process of attaining and sharing knowledge and is constantly evolving and growing with the BEST Method.

Kaume Duncan

Master Trainer
 Kaume is a Best Method Trainer with 9 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. He is currently working towards his B.S. in Exercise Science. Kaume is the master of creating fun, different and highly effective exercises for his clients so there is never a dull moment. His love of life and amazingly positive attitude adds an energy to best day fitness that is contagious and one of the reasons his clients love their sessions and keep coming back for years.

Tonya Olson

Physical Therapist, Orthopedic Specialist
Dr. Tonya Olson has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2007 after earning her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She earned her manual therapy certification (MTC) from EIM in 2013 and became a board-certified orthopedic specialist (OCS) that same year. She continued on as a life-long learner by earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from the EIM School of Health Professions. Her experience in outpatient orthopedics is diverse and includes working with elite level runners. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Education (EdD).

Misti Tate

Trainer, Holistic Health Coach
Misti Tate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She is a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Misti is on a mission to touch as many lives as possible with her whole health philosophy. As a personal trainer, she excels at motivating and inspiring her clients to commit to moving their bodies safely and effectively. As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, She guides her clients towards creating lifelong healthy habits by examining their unique needs and empowering them to make small changes that lead to huge successes.

Gemma Fountain

Business Manager, Nutrition Expert, Master Trainer
Gemma Rayne Fountain has her Exercise Physiology degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, she is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, author and fitness expert with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She and her husband have three children. Gemma specializes in the psychology and motivation behind diet and exercise for women and uses positive coaching techniques to help catapult her clients to success.

Michael Reyes

Master Trainer
 Michael has his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and is a Physical Therapy Assistant. Michael combines his knowledge and experience in fitness with his education and training as a Physical Therapy Assistant to create highly effective programs for his clients.

Brittany Joseph

Master Trainer 
Brittany has her degree in Exercise Science the University of Tampa where she is now the assistant coach to the women’s softball team. Brittany has experience with pediatric rehab programs, elite strength and conditioning, and best method injury rehab and posture correction.

Hannah Andres

Trainer, Neurosomatic Therapy Specialist
Hannah Andres has her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She is a Personal Trainer and Neurosomatic Massage Therapist with training from the Center for Neurosomatic Studies in Clearwater, FL. Through her training Hannah brings the body towards better alignment and relieves pain by manipulating soft tissues specific to each client. She loves helping her clients understand their own bodies so they can be proactive in their own healing journey and live life to the fullest.
