It’s pretty simple. You can’t get to point B if you don’t know where point A is. Our online assessment helps us establish your starting line. And, don’t be nervous. Our assessment doesn’t judge you. In fact, our assessments are invigorating because they focus on your opportunities, not your weaknesses.

Schedule Your Free Session

Once we receive your assessment results, we’ll suggest a trainer that’s a perfect fit for you. That trainer will take you through your very first training session either virtually or at Best Day Fitness. And, unlike other gyms, we don’t use it as a sales pitch in disguise. We let the experience do the talking.
