Christopher founded Best Day Fitness after witnessing firsthand how fragmented the wellness industry had become. Too many clients were bouncing between trainers, therapists, and coaches who never communicated—leaving gaps in care and slower progress.
His vision was simple: create a space where every professional works together, where clients are treated as whole people, and where long-term health matters more than quick fixes.
Before founding Best Day Fitness, Christopher spent years working in traditional gyms and corporate wellness settings. He saw the limitations of high-volume, one-size-fits-all approaches—especially for adults over 50 who needed more personalized attention.
Today, Christopher leads consultations for new clients, ensuring everyone who joins Best Day Fitness gets a clear, personalized path forward. He still trains select clients personally and oversees the collaborative care model that makes Best Day different.
When he's not at the studio, Christopher enjoys hiking, reading about longevity science, and spending time with his family in St. Petersburg.
