Dr. Sarah Johnson brings a passion for helping people move better and live pain-free. After completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she worked in various clinical settings before joining Best Day Fitness.
What drew her to Best Day was the collaborative model—the opportunity to work alongside trainers and wellness coaches to provide truly integrated care. Too often, she'd seen patients make great progress in PT only to lose it because there was no coordinated plan for what came next.
At Best Day, Sarah specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and helping clients transition from therapy back to active life. She takes a hands-on approach, spending a full 60 minutes with each client—no assistants, no rushing between patients.
Her philosophy is simple: understand the whole person, not just the injury. That means considering lifestyle factors, movement habits, and long-term goals in every treatment plan.
