Why people book it

Breathe. Relax. Recover. Feel better. Brighter days ahead.

Three therapies working at once, fifteen minutes at a time. Here's what each one supports — and what people tell us afterward.

Looser joints.

Near-infrared light at 850 and 1050 nm reaches deepest — supporting circulation, tendons, ligaments and the deeper joints. Members with stiff knees, hips and shoulders tell us they walk out looser than they walked in.

Easier breathing.

A halogenerator turns pharmaceutical-grade salt into a dry mist finer than three microns. Dry salt air supports the airways — easier breathing, sinus comfort, respiratory wellness — and it's a favorite in Florida allergy season.

Skin tone, glow and fine lines.

Red light at 630 and 660 nm works at the surface — supporting skin wellness, collagen and elastin, and the look of fine lines and wrinkles. In clinical trials, regular use over a few months gave smoother-looking skin. It builds with consistency.

Muscle recovery.

Near-infrared light supports circulation and cellular energy in tired muscle. Studies in athletes report less soreness in the days after hard exercise. Book it straight after training or on a rest day.

A fuller, cleaner breath.

A concentrator pulls in room air, strips out nitrogen and fills the booth with oxygen-enriched air for the length of your session. Nothing to wear, nothing to hold — people tell us they leave feeling clearer.

Relax and reset.

One person, one booth, your music, a gentle warmth on your skin. Many people use halotherapy simply for relaxation, sleep support and general wellness — and call it the calmest quarter-hour in their week.

How members use it · our recommendations

Come after a session. Come on a rest day. Come because it's Tuesday.

  • After training or massage — let everything settle
  • For your skin — regular visits over several weeks
  • For everyday aches — book it the same visit as your session
  • In allergy season or when you're rehabbing — regular recovery
  • On a rest day — a standing quarter-hour with yourself

Benefits build with consistency. HaloRed sessions are spaced at least 48 elapsed hours apart per Best Day's booking policy. People tell us they walk out warmer, looser and calmer — and that the quiet is half the point.

What's in the booth

Three things, one booth.

Dry salt air

A halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into a fine, dry mist and fills the booth with it. It's the same idea as a salt cave, often called halotherapy. You won't feel wet or sticky — it's dry.

Red and near-infrared light

Four full panels — front, sides and ceiling — with 1,200 LEDs at 630, 660, 850 and 1050 nm. Red is the warm glow you see, working at the skin's surface. Near-infrared is invisible and reaches deep into muscle and joint tissue. The panels are an FDA-cleared Class II device. You wear the goggles we give you.

Oxygen-enriched air

A medical concentrator pulls in room air, strips away nitrogen and delivers oxygen-enriched air into the booth for the length of your session. Nothing to wear, nothing to hold — you just breathe.

Everything runs on its own for fifteen minutes. No buttons to press, no gear to hold, no sweat, no shower.

Your first visit, step by step.

  • 1
By appointment only. Book your private session online below, or reserve at the front desk when you're here.
  • 2
Sit down and pick your music. Pair your phone over Bluetooth, or enjoy the quiet. The booth is private and clothing is up to you: most people stay in what they came in — it works through everyday clothes — and you can wear less if you prefer.
  • 3
Breathe normally. The salt air, light and oxygen run automatically for 15 minutes. Close your eyes if you like.
  • 4
Step out and go. No shower needed. The studio maintains a 15-minute cleaning and turnaround buffer before the next person.

How often? Benefits build with consistency. Sessions must be spaced at least 48 elapsed hours apart per Best Day's booking policy.

Is HaloRed O₂ right for you?

This could suit you if…

  • You train, see the physical therapist, or get massage here and want a simple recovery habit that fits the same visit.
  • You've heard of salt rooms or red light and want to try them somewhere clean, calm and private — with someone to ask.
  • You want fifteen minutes to yourself, seated, with your music, and no one else in the room.

Please check with your doctor first if…

  • You're pregnant; you have a chest infection or a fever; your asthma or COPD isn't well controlled; you take medicine that makes you sensitive to light (some antibiotics, retinoids, heart and water pills — ask your pharmacist); you have lupus or porphyria; you're in active cancer treatment or have a skin lesion being watched. Tell us about any respiratory, skin or light-sensitivity considerations before your first session.

Halotherapy and red-light sessions are non-invasive and drug-free. Not sure it's for you? Ask at the desk — we'll tell you honestly.

Questions people ask first

Do I have to be a Best Day client?
No. Anyone can book a session or join on this page. The $299 monthly rate applies to all active Best Day members, not only training clients. Public monthly pricing is $399.
What do I wear?
Up to you — the booth is private. Most people stay in whatever they came in; it works through everyday clothes. You can wear less if you prefer. Either way the dry salt won't leave you wet, sticky or messy.
Is it safe?
Halotherapy and red-light sessions are non-invasive and drug-free, and you wear goggles for the light every time — the near-infrared part is invisible, so your eyes don't know to blink. Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a chest infection, your asthma or COPD isn't well controlled, you take light-sensitising medicine, or you're in active cancer treatment — and tell us before your first session. No oils, lotions or perfume in the booth, and stand up slowly when you're done.
What do people use it for?
Skin: in clinical trials, regular red and near-infrared light over several months gave smoother-looking skin with fewer fine lines — book it with consistency over a couple of months. Everyday aches: many people use near-infrared light for the ordinary muscle and joint aches that follow activity, usually on the same visit as their session. Recovery and calm: after training, on rest days, or simply as fifteen minutes that are only yours. Individual experiences vary, and HaloRed isn't a medical treatment — if you're managing a condition, keep your doctor in the loop.
How long is a session?
Fifteen minutes in the booth, plus a minute to settle in and pick your music. Dry salt therapy, red light, and oxygen-enriched air are included together in each session. You can add time at $2 a minute, up to 30 minutes total.
What does it cost?
Book a single session for $39.99 per 15-minute session, no membership needed — every session includes salt therapy, red and near-infrared light, and oxygen-enriched air. Additional minutes are $2 per minute, up to 30 minutes total. Or choose a monthly plan: $299 a month for all active Best Day members, or $399 a month for public guests. Monthly plans include the first 15 minutes of each eligible visit (extra minutes $2 each, up to 30 minutes total) with sessions spaced at least 48 hours apart per studio policy.
Can I do it right after training or massage?
Yes — that's how most members use it. Book it on the same visit.

Salt therapy, red light therapy and oxygen-enriched air are wellness services intended for relaxation and recovery. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. HaloRed O₂ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
