Wellness Coaching

Support for the hours between your sessions.

Wellness coaching at Best Day helps you build the habits around your training — sleep, stress, nutrition, daily routines and movement at home — with coach Steve on the same team as your trainer.

Start with a consultation and we'll talk about where coaching fits. No decision needed on the day.

What we work on together.

  • H
Habits — small, realistic changes to your day that you can keep up.
  • S
Sleep — looking at your routines around sleep and what you'd like to change.
  • S
Stress management — practical ways to notice stress and build breathing room into your week.
  • M
Movement at home — simple, safe ways to keep moving between sessions, including work on balance and confidence on your feet.
  • N
Healthy-eating guidance and meal plans — practical coaching to turn nutrition goals into everyday habits that fit your life.

What coaching isn't: it isn't medical advice, therapy or a diet plan. If something needs a doctor, we'll tell you so.

Is coaching right for you?

  • You train with us and want what happens in the studio to carry into the rest of your week.
  • You're 50 or older and want a steady, realistic routine rather than another short-lived program.
  • You're rebuilding after an injury or surgery and want support with the everyday side of it.
  • You're an adult child who worries about a parent's routine at home and wants someone thoughtful in their corner.

Probably not for you if you're looking for a strict diet or overnight results, or if you need medical care — please start with your doctor. We're happy to work alongside them.

How coaching works.

  • 1
Start with a consultation. A conversation about your goals and history, so coaching is built on what's actually going on in your life.
  • 2
Meet your coach in person. Start with a one-time, 60-minute wellness consultation at our studio. If you’d like continued support, ongoing coaching is available, usually once a week.
  • 3
Personalized habit architecture. Choose one or two practical changes to focus on — not ten. Small, realistic steps you'll actually keep up.
  • 4
One connected plan. Your coach and trainer stay in touch so your nutrition and movement work together.
  • 5
Ongoing support. If you choose ongoing coaching, you'll meet regularly (usually once a week) to adjust as life changes.

Who will be coaching you.

Steve — Wellness Coach (Nutritional Science degree and nutrition certification, University of Missouri)

Steve helps you turn nutrition goals into practical everyday habits. Through healthy-eating guidance and personalized meal plans, he helps you build a routine that fits your life — with optional ongoing coaching to help you stay on track.

Individual results vary. We won't promise a result — we'll help you build a routine that fits your life and adjust it with you.

Positive, uplifting and highly supportive trainers that connect and actually cared about my wellbeing!
